How we work
Understand first. Then build.
Every business is different, but the way we approach them is consistent. We start with the business, not the platform, and we stay involved through the doing and the measuring.
01Our view
The platform is not the strategy.
Google Ads is a tool. Meta is a tool. Email, SEO and AI are tools. They're all useful, and none of them is a plan on its own.
So before choosing channels, we get clear on what the business sells, who buys, what a customer is worth and where the journey breaks down. The right approach usually becomes obvious from there.
02The process
Five stages, from first conversation to ongoing improvement.
-
01
Understand the business
Before touching an ad platform, we need to understand how the business actually works and what it's trying to achieve.
- What you sell
- Who buys
- Why they buy
- What a customer is worth
- What success looks like
-
02
Find the opportunity
We review what's already happening and look for the biggest opportunities and the biggest problems.
- Existing marketing
- Competition
- Customer journey
- Data
- Offers
- Messaging
- Website
-
03
Decide what matters first
Not every business needs every channel. We prioritise the marketing most likely to make a meaningful difference, and we're clear about what can wait.
-
04
Build and execute
Then we do the work. We use AI and modern tools where they genuinely improve speed and depth.
- Campaigns
- Copy
- Creative
- Emails
- Landing pages
- Marketing systems
-
05
Measure, learn and improve
We look beyond surface-level numbers to understand what happened, why it happened and what should change next. Then the cycle continues.
03AI & Marketing
Modern marketing should use modern tools.
AI has changed how quickly businesses can research, analyse, create and learn. We use it where it genuinely improves the work, from research and creative development to campaign analysis and repetitive workflows.
But faster doesn't automatically mean better. Strategy, commercial judgement and understanding the customer still come first.
Think faster
Research customers, markets, competitors and opportunities more efficiently.
Create smarter
Develop and test more ad ideas, messaging and creative concepts without sacrificing quality.
Learn quicker
Analyse campaign performance and turn large amounts of information into clearer decisions.
AI is part of the process. It isn't a substitute for knowing what you're doing.
04In practice
Where AI helps, and where it doesn't.
What we use it for
- Market, competitor and customer research
- Analysing large amounts of campaign data
- Spotting patterns and opportunities
- Developing ad angles and copy variations
- Keyword and search-term analysis
- Summarising performance for reporting
- Cutting repetitive manual work
What stays human
- Understanding your customers
- Commercial judgement
- Deciding strategy and priorities
- Choosing what to test, and why
- Quality control on everything that goes out
- Conversations with you
We use widely available AI tools well. We don't claim to have built our own AI platform, and we won't pretend AI can replace a marketing team.
05Reporting
Numbers should lead to decisions.
Every report we send answers three questions, in plain language.
What happened?
What changed since last time.
Why?
What we believe caused it.
What next?
What action should now be taken.
